What you'll do
Are you going to travel to Lisbon, Cascais or Sintra and want to continue your training?
In this swimming session we will take you to swim in the Ironman Cascais swimming course.
With historic houses, palaces and fortresses from past times, Cascais is one of the most beautiful places designed for a triathlon.
Your itinerary
A Beautiful Swim in Cascais Bay
We'll meet at Praia da Duquesa, where we'll start our swim session.
Then we will swim along the protected Cascais Bay, in a course of rare scenic beauty.
According to your swimming level we can adapt the swimming distance.
We will finish the training session on the beach to take a fresh water bath, from where you can make the transition to the cycling or running segment.
