In this swimming session we will take you to swim in some of the most beautiful beaches in the entire southern region of Portugal. We are in Lagos, Portimão, Alvor, Ferragudo, Carvoeiro, Lagoa, Faro, Almancil, Quarteira, Vilamoura, Armação de Pêra, Albufeira and Tavira.

We'll meet in one of the Algarve’s heavenly beaches, where we'll start our sea swim.
Then we will swim along the shore, in one of the best swimming spots in the south coast of the Portugal.
According to your swimming level we can adapt the swimming distance.
We will finish our sea swim on the beach to take a fresh water bath.
We offer both options! You can book a personalized 1-on-1 session for focused coaching or join one of our group swims to train with other athletes. Please specify your preference in the checkout page.
We meet directly on the beach. Our primary location Praia do Alemão in Portimão and Praia de Faro in Faro. However, as we are strictly dependent on sea and weather conditions, the location may change accordingly.
After your booking is confirmed, a WhatsApp group will be created with your designated Swim Guide or Swim Coach. This group serves as a direct line of communication to clarify any doubts and to receive the exact GPS coordinates or a pin of where to meet on the sand.
No, there are no official changing rooms or lockers at our meeting points. We recommend arriving with your swimsuit already on. You can usually store your personal belongings in the coach's car, with another swimmer, or ask a local beach café to keep them for you.
While there are no indoor facilities, most of the beaches we use have public outdoor showers where you can rinse off the salt water after your session.
Yes! We provide wetsuit and safety buoy rentals. Please inform us in advance if you need equipment so we can ensure your size is available for the session.
For safety and visibility in open water, the use of a tow-float (safety buoy) is mandatory. If you do not own one, you can rent one from us.
Safety is our top priority. If conditions at the primary beach are unsafe, we will attempt to move the session to a more sheltered spot nearby. If the weather makes swimming impossible, we will contact you to reschedule the session.
We highly recommend bringing a towel or a "changing robe," a warm change of clothes, and water. Since we change outdoors, a waterproof bag to keep your dry clothes protected on the sand is also a great idea.
To ensure you get the most out of this 1h-swim, you should be able to swim at least 200 meters of continuous freestyle. Our sessions are designed to be challenging but scalable for different paces.
We accept cancellations and provide a full refund or rescheduling options if you notify us at least 24 hours before the start of the session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.
In addition to your swimsuit, goggles, and swim cap, make sure you bring your wetsuit and tow-float (safety buoy).
Yes, if you book a private swim! The 60-minute sea session is highly interactive. Our coaches move along the beach to provide real-time corrections.
Our standard swims are designed for adults (18+). However, contact us if you have a teen swimmer interested in joining.

Bookings are made online through our website, with instant email confirmation. We recommend booking in advance as group sizes are small.
Payment is made in full at a single time.
