Our Open Water Swim School has no physical location as we swim daily at different beaches on the coast of Cascais and Oeiras.

We coach all types of swimmers and triathletes, transforming people from different ages and levels into confident swimmers.

At our school we offer training sessions (individual and group), we take care of the athlete's physical preparation, develop training plans, provide equipment and organize swim camps so that you can enjoy the sea safely and in an unforgettable way.

What you will learn

Swimming levels

Level 1 - Initiation:

  • Lack of autonomy and confidence in water

  • Body unbalanced

  • Lack of breathing control

  • Basic crawl/freestyle technique

  • Swims distances between 300 and 1000m

Goals for this level:

  • Losing fear

  • Improving crawl/freestyle technique

  • Increase swimming distance (1500m)

Level 2 - Intermediate:

  • Perfected crawl/freestyle technique

  • Disorientation and lack of confidence when swimming in deep water

  • Basic backstroke technique

  • Swims distances between 1000 and 2000m

Goals for this level:

  • Advanced crawl/freestyle technique

  • Orientation work, buoy turns and swimming in a group

  • Increase swimming distance (2500m)

Level 3 - Advanced:

  • Perfect crawl/freestyle and backstroke technique

  • Autonomy and confidence in any water environment

  • Swims more than 2500m

Goals for this level:

  • Improve performance

  • Define goals and specific training

  • Increase swimming speed and distance

* If you miss the class there is not fee reimbursement nor reschedule. Class reschedule happens when the class is canceled by SwimTogether for reasons of force majeure, such as: quarantine situations, weather conditions and safety. On December 25th and January 1st there are no classes.

** The swimming location is defined by your swim coach or guide and can be different from class to class.

*** Extra cap: +5€/unit.

  • 1 Swim per Week - 60 €/month

  • 2 Swims per Week - 80 €/month

  • Evaluation Session* - 25€

  • Registration Fee - 10€

* First training session to evaluate the swimmer's swimming level in order to understand which is the best class to join.
