The southeast coast of Benicàssim and Oropesa is dotted with beautiful coves, bays and inlets which offer up some great swims. This stretch of coastline forms part of the Via Verde Natural Park, which we’ll have the pleasure of swimming with the Sierra del Desert de les Palmes as a backdrop. From impressive waterside cliffs to secluded beaches, there is no shortage of beautiful sights to see, both above and below the water.

With an average daily air temperature of 22°C in May and water temperatures around 20°C at this time of year, Costa Azahar is the perfect location for a little early season open water swimming.
